There's this pesky little matter of
the doctrine of vicarious liability that's been used in civil lawsuits against white supremacist groups on behalf of victims of vicious crimes.
IIRC The hate groups were held responsible even when the criminals were not members. It was just what the hate groups were putting out to the public that mattered.

My girl’s dogs are a little bilingual. When grandma (me) starts counting in Spanish and maybe French, after counting to three in English, they know they had better get their booties either in or out.

And I agree. With the hostile threats against Tea Party types by liberal/progressive personalities in media, government and academia -- but NO such threats coming from conservative talk radio where they walk on eggs to avoid trouble -- what better advice is there?
