Unless I’m missing something…it’s going to be:

1.High cost insurance 2. High deductibles

3. Pay out of pocket for most expense

4. Medical care shortages

5. Utter uncertainty about of the current and future rules.

In other words, the very worst of a free of market and a corporatist market combined…Forward! It’s time to have another drink and then go sleep,

5a. …caused by the total destruction of the Rule of Law and substitution of Diktats by the Dictator in Chief. This, perhaps, is the most serious issue not being widely discussed — one person making horrible decisions for the entire nation in violation of Constitutional Law.

You are!...I just had a talk with a few “upper class” liberals tonite...

Makes me sick!....They were complaining about why THEIR insurance should go up because “THEY” had always had good insurance..They paid for it..tummy tucks...a few breast thingys...They were all happy with their old deal..

Somehow....The REPUBLICAN establishment screwed them because of their new bill they supported!

its really how they think!

Add to your list a whole lot of unanswered questions. What happens if a person gets sick when they aren’t near their exchange? What’s going to assure that people can pay their deductibles, and if they can’t, will it affect the care they’re offered? Will there be any innovation at all when there’s a menu of what insurance companies cover? What happens with people who live in two (or more) locations every year? When they move? How’s anyone going to get any care when they’re sick when the doctors are booked solid with wellness checks and other freebies? What happens when a person’s economic situation changes? Will people be allowed to drop out once they’re in? And a whole host of other things I’m sure nobody thought out.
