Interesting part about the article is how Washington is poised to make the transition from dependence on federal government spending to a true entrepreneur/innovation center. It’s kind of exciting to be living here.

Washington is poised to make the transition from dependence on federal government spending to a true entrepreneur/innovation center.

I don't see much mention of that. I see companies who are given Gov't money and sell services back to other Gov't funded groups, not consumers. The article mentions frenetic lobbying going on to get legislation passed; they're not selling to the public...they're trying to influence legislation for pass laws to help them grow their "business". Doesn't sound good.
