Unfavorable views of the national health care law have risen to their highest levels this year.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 38% of Likely U.S. Voters now have at least a somewhat favorable opinion of the new national health care law. Thats down seven points from 45% a month ago. Fifty-eight percent (58%) view the law unfavorably, up five points from the previous survey and the highest finding in regular surveying since early January. These findings include 15% with a Very Favorable opinion of the law and 45% with a Very Unfavorable one, another high for the year. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Eleven percent (11%) of voters say they have been helped by the health care law, but nearly three times as many (30%) say they have been hurt by it. Fifty-four percent (54%) have felt no impact. The number who say they have been helped is down from 15% in October and is the lowest finding this year.
Twenty-eight percent (28%) say their health insurance has changed because of the law. Sixty-two percent (62%) say their insurance is unchanged. Nine percent (9%) more are not sure.

The time is ripe for a congressional REPEAL initiative.
How many of the 54% that said they felt “no impact” of the law have group policies through their companies? How many of those will feel the impact next year?
I still don’t know how only 58% of Americans know 0bumblerCare is garbage. Where are the other 42%’s heads?
In the same patch of quicksand.
I’m thinking we’ll be having some type of “war/international conflict” fairly soon.
Wait until the employer health plans get hit next year.
I've been thinking the same thing. Either that, or there will be some type of Trayvon Martin type of racial incident which will suddenly monopolize the mainstream media.
exactly.. the slide down the socialist slope has just begun.... now will America rescue itself before it hits the bottom?
.
How many ‘unfavorable’ opinions are because it doesn’t go far enough?
That such a disaster as Obamacare barely elicits an unfavorable opinion from half the voters worries the heck out of me.
I find id difficult to understand how thesa numbers are so low.
Obama care stinks on ice.
The only people it benefits are people that do not work at all.
My rates went up 66percent this year and I never even went in for a check up, made NO CLAIMS.
This year I am still covered through my pool at work.
I looked at the same plan on the Federal obama exchange.
155% increase in premiums for the same plan, and I have not even used the services in the past year.
It is insane!
I don’t know how it is going to affect employer based plans. The details aren’t out yet but we have been informed we will actually be paying less next year under O-care....although it isn’t clear whether that is deductibles and out of pocket or only premium costs. Can’t wait to check out the final arrangement.
Considering the number of mooches in Amerika, I’d say that’s pretty high.
ObaMao keeps creating more and more of those.
And don't forget that some of the people who nominally work are members of his redistribution class.
Color me surprised, because I am getting screwed.
I Imagine it will be worse next year when the company gets forced 100% into the OBie program.
Unfortunately, the “International Conflict” will be us bombing Israel because they bombed our new BFF Iran.
So far, Obama care has been a successes at driving people onto medicare.
That is the only success I see.
WTF?
Medicare was already there for the poor.
Working men are pissed!
I think you’re confusing medicare and medicaid.
I am shocked at the lackadaisical attitude of working people.
No one dares complain.
I am fed up.
It will have been caused by a Youtube video.
