The pre-meeting rule setting is okay. I’ve no problem with that.

But if it isn’t set prior to the states convention that they will only address issues arising from the 17th amendment, then I simply won’t support it.

Repeal of the 17th is certainly fundamental.

The strength of Levin’s suggested amendments is they would result in a government more federal in design than the constitution of 1787.
