Fox News media analyst Howard Kurtz went after MSNBC on Tuesday morning for allowing host Martin Bashirs comments about Sarah Palin to go unpunished. (Bashir apologized for the remarks on Monday.)
Where are his bosses at MSNBC? Kurtz asked. Not a syllable from the network executives. Theres been no disciplinary action that we know of, no suspension of Martin Bashir, even though MSNBC had suspended a couple years ago Ed Schultz for calling Laura Ingraham a right-wing slut. This is so far worse, its so beyond the pale, that I even hesitated to bring it up on my show.
Im not sure why Martin Bashir is getting treated differently, host Martha MacCallum said, noting that Alec Baldwin was suspended just this weekend, especially given the fact that what he said, in most peoples minds, is worse than what these two folks said on those shows Could you imagine if someone of the caliber at that hourNeil Cavuto or Jake Tappersaid anything like this about Hillary Clinton, what would be going on in his country?
MSNBC would be jumping up and down about this all day long, Kurtz said. Palin gave a controversial speech in which she likened the national debt to slavery. A lot of people didnt like that, I think its fair game for criticism. But this wasnt an offhand, off-the-cuff remark of the type many of us might make when youre on live TV a lot. This was a long, scripted read off of a teleprompter That means an executive producer had to see it in advance. So it is amazing to me that MSNBC hasnt done anything about this. I cannot quite figure it out.
It suggests they dont think it is a big deal, MacCallum said, that when it comes to certain people all bets are off, that its okay to pick on these people because of their beliefs.

No wonder. The left, particularly the rabid kind, have a strange affinity to fecal matter and anal region in general. Have you ever heard Bill Maher’s “comedy”?
Their ratings are so low that they will allow anything to try and boost them.
Amazing you can cancel a popular cooking show because someone used the “n” word decades ago but calling on people to P and defecate in Sarah Palin’s mouth is ok with PMSNBC.
Is there nothing that shames the left?
I wonder what the repercussions would have been if he had suggested the same thing for the Muslim Manchurian Candidate?
“Im not sure why Martin Bashir is getting treated differently, host Martha MacCallum said, noting that Alec Baldwin was suspended just this weekend, especially given the fact that what he said, in most peoples minds, is worse than what these two folks said on those shows ”
Because Bashir has 11 viewers, more than the rest of MSNBC hosts have....combined.
I think we need to help a bit. Who is Bashirs biggest sponsor? Let’s have some fun and go after them. nyone up for a letter writing campaign?
in the toilet....with Brashier. I mean, really, where's Brashier going to go that's lower than MSNBC?
The specific enemy of America is Comcast. Comcast must be bbrought down
And she only said that word after a black criminal stuck a gun in her face when she was a bank teller. Context, anyone?
Foxs Kurtz Goes After Bashirs Palin Comments: Where Are His Bosses at MSNBC?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He’s kidding, right? MSNBC. Home of Not-so-Sharpton, Madcow, Mr Tingles and etc.
Attention Whores all.
Another punk I’d like to take for a boat ride.
Its logical to assume that both of their viewers were using the toilet at the time.
Or dropping Alec Baldwin with his anti-gay remarks.
Bashir defines himself as a "committed Christian".
"Palin gave a controversial speech in which she likened the national debt to slavery. A lot of people didnt like that, I think its fair game for criticism."Um, no. It's not controversial and it's not fair game for criticism.
A multitude of folks, on both sides of the political aisle, have compared the national debt to slavery. The left is trying to make it controversial because Sarah Palin said it.
Yes you can Howie - yes you can.
As much as the MSM hate Palin and Cruz they see them first and foremost as direct representatives of the Tea Party, rural, unsophisticated, God loving patriots. And when they attack them they are attacking us too.
Fox News should respond with a “Sh*t On Obama” Day.
Every single host and commentator on every program should urge people to “Sh*t On Obama” until PMSNBC cans this clown.
Bashir is the most anti-American of the MSNBC hosts, and that’s saying something. His hatred of the USA spews out every time he speaks.
