Mr. REID. Madam President, I support the memorandum of understanding. It took the nuclear option off the table. It is gone for our lifetime. We don't have to talk about it anymore. I am disappointed there are still the threats of the nuclear option.

Didn't Ole Harry tweak the senate rules to pass the ACA? If America ever has a state convention, it would be good to insert a legal avenue so the people could fire any DC senator and or house member before the end of their term. That should also include ANY and ALL judges. If we had that ability today ole Harry would've been kicking road apples after the ACA was shoved down our throats.
