It’s always somewhat bothered me that General Lee gave General Stuart so much grief for Gettysburg even to the point of denying him promotion to LT. General while giving General Longstreet a complete pass even though he dragged his feet all day long in attacking the high ground and the Union flanks thus allowing them reinforce themselves.
Gettysburg is my stomping grounds I reenacted the battle from the time I was 14 right up until I turned 30 all those years I did reenactments/living history events were truly magical and special.

I am still a regular podcast listener, can catch it about 9:30pm EST. Been listening since maybe 2005. Mom passed in 2007 and she was a HUGE fan, she kept promoting him to me and I’d keep saying Mom I already listen. She and my Dad would be so sad to see the Obama years, glad they were spared that. And these times too. Hope Mark enjoys many more years of good health and happiness. We need him. And I think Trump needs him too.
