Ah, maybe the GOP-e ought to read FR more often. This is a strategy I and others have looong proposed. ObamaCare is toxic and combustible. It is now on fire. When the tens of millions get canceled next fall ObamaCare will be a wholly involved catastrophic fire. Let it burn to the ground and let the dolts who voted for Obama feel the pain of the Marxism they so longed for!
Unfortunately, the precedent has been set that Obama can unilaterally change the law by fiat. So, he will just delay the employer mandate for another six months to get past the 2014 elections.
