AT 2800 pages of legislation, I don’t think the Democrats can do a fix to this. This bill has to be so complicated that any change would affect 100’s of other provisions. But I do agree the Democrats could turn the tide on the wait-and-see Republicans if they can make it look like they are trying to improve the unpopular aspects of the law. The result would be the Democrats are able to weather the storm, and we get stuck with this mess.

Would the current uproar be happening if the website worked? Policies would be canceled, but new ones would be available via the website. There might be complaints about cancellations, but that would be quelled by the availability of new plans.

Time is not our ally.

The Rats are working hard to develop work-arounds. Those work-arounds may be/are illegal, but that doesn't matter to them. The Repubs have shown little interest in opposing these illegal actions.

Given time the Rats will prevail.

Take time away from them.

Shut down the illegal decrees and delays.

Put Rats on defense. Examine the contract given to CGI. How and why were they chosen? What are it's provisions? Is there a performance bond? How is payment structured? etc.

Expose the cronyism and corruption. Have Michelle Obama testify. Have Townes-Whitley testify. Too much time has already gone by, they have had an opportunity to get their story straight. Surprise subpoena and have them testify simultaneously in separate rooms.

Repubs had better get out of the reclining chair, stand up, and "lean forward". This is gold. Let's not squander it.
