The whole point of the “Republican Plan” should be that the government IS out of it. Yes, Republicans need a “Republican Plan” and they need to sell it.
Failure of obamacare by itself might not be enough to repeal it. “What comes next”, a far better alternative will be the spoon full of sugar that helps the medicine go down.

It will need to be sold on TRUE, QUANTIFIABLE, and IMMEDIATE benefits. A system that CAN reduce costs, reduce wait times, KEEP your doctor, etc.
