A Tennessee father was hauled off to jail after he insisted on taking his son home from school on time, rather than waiting for another half an hour under a recently implemented school rule.
Jim Howe, father of two children enrolled in South Cumberland Elementary in Crossville, Tennessee, arrived at the school on foot at dismissal time: 2:00 PM. But a new school policy states that students may only leave at 2:00 PM if their parents are picking them up in cars. Walkers must wait until 2:35 PM.
Howe maintained that the policy was meant to apply to students walking home by themselves, not students walking home with their parents.

The dad definitely played it cool for the best possible outcome and kudos to him for remaining in control, which is less than can be said for the cop. But yeah, the situation so infuriates me that I do believe I’d have gone the more neanderthal route, which would not end well for me I know. There’s just something about being ordered around by a fat, mentally unfit goon that brings out the worst in me. I hope the dad makes a spectacle out of Officer Fife in the courts, on talk radio, Hannity, Greta and anywhere else.
There are only 3 viable/legal options and Conservatives have to decide if they want to become part of the solution or remain a reluctant part of the problem.
1) Home school if you have the time and ability.
2) Private school if you have the money.
3) Non-union charter schools.
Leaving that which is most precious to you in a PROVEN indoctrination center run by mainly unionized slug control freaks is a recipe for complete failure of the country.
The progressives seem to have no problem spending a lot of time implementing the plan of the Communist Manifesto and they are relying on the fact most of us will not take the time, effort, or spend the money to stop them. Unfortunately they are right. We let them get away with this for decades.
Well do we keep doing the same thing or take some perfectly legal actions to help stop the conveyor belt of liberal minds the communists needed to come out of our schools? Hoping your neighbor will do it will not cut it any more. You neighbor might be a liberal or too lazy to take action.

I encourage everyone to install video/audio cameras at their residence and in their vehicles.
They sell reasonably priced video/audio cameras for you vehicles now, where the date is transmitted in real time off to remote locations of your choice. So it does not matter if they seize your cameras etc, as you’ll still have your audio/video data.
Time to take a page from the hippie draft-dodger playbook and do a lot of civil disobedience.

Thanks d2, I was just coming back from lunch.
Two days ago, when I viewed the video on Youtube, it had 1,500 hits. A couple of hours ago, when I last viewed it, the number of hits was three quarters of a million.
The cop’s Facebook page, which was still up yesterday, has disappeared.
School’s website has a survey page, and a community survey.
He will have to change his name and move out of State.
I have no doubt about that.
I just wrote the school a nice letter.
I hope Mr. Jim Howe obtains the best lawyer possible.
Lemme tell ya, these are exactly the types they’re hiring in law enforcement.
Ya give these people a bit of authority, and they’ll shoot you, beat you and or throw you in a cage, just to prove government has assigned them authority.
