Oswald definitely did it. The only question is why? It certainly didn’t further soviet interests

Having a personal library of over 300 books regarding the JFK assassination , I personally disagree. He may have had knowledge, but he didn’t pull the trigger, IMHO.

I might be in the minority in today’s world of MSN propaganda or just delusional but I will stick to my guns on this one.

I have read everything I could get my hands on both pro and con and still hold to my conclusion.

It was a random act of violence committed by an insane loser. Same for Jack Ruby.

There’s just something in the human mind that doesn’t want to admit that senseless acts can have profound consequences. I believe this is the motivation behind conspiracy theories. The idea that life can be so inexplicable is too much for many to take. There always “has” to be a “reason.”

Oswald was a patsy

They set him up to take the fall.

He may have thought there was a plan to STOP the shooting and he was there to help- I think he was a plant inside the commie operations to spy on them, but not a very bright or useful one

So they had him be there for the shooting, and he sat it out, not knowing they were setting him up to take the fall for it

I agree. Oswald did it. Although, he definitely hated this country (I don’t think there is any place on earth where he would have been happy), I think he did it mostly because he wanted the notoriety and to feel important. That is what his brother, Robert, thought. He knew him better than anyone else. Granted, there is a lot of other stuff associated with this case that is strange. If there was any conspiracy, it was government bureaucrats destroying evidence in “CYA” mode. This happened to Oswald’s file at the FBI office in Dallas.

"Oswald definitely did it. The only question is why? It certainly didn’t further soviet interests."

For his own personal ego. He believed he was destined to be a great man. Life wasn't living up to that expectation. He knew by shooting the President he would be someone important.

Oswald had transferred his allegiance to Cuber. I believe he killed Kennedy to impress Castro.

Because Oswald was a nut case.
