Well, for one thing, it's not a federal crime.
The simple fact of the matter is we shouldn't want the DOJ involved -- especially not Holder's DOJ.
It would be sufficient (and appropriate) that local law enforcement deal with the problem -- forcefully.
I agree with you that this is a local law enforcement issue, but if the races were reversed, holder would be all over this, legal or not.
