Try opening it in a new browser tab, or window. That worked for me. They were long guns, open handgun carry is illegal in Texas. According to this cop, long gun carry in Texas is perfectly legal, but officially discouraged.

Perfectly legal but officially discouraged. That means officialdom wants to outlaw the practice but doesn’t have the votes to do it, so they will harass you against the public will.

They were long guns

Handcuffing them sounds like prior restraint, a violation of civil rights.

Article I, Section 23 of the Texas State Constitution:
RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS "Every citizen shall have the right to keep and bear arms in the lawful defense of himself or the State; but the Legislature shall have power, by law, to regulate the wearing of arms, with a view to prevent crime."

Article I, Section 29
PROVISIONS OF BILL OF RIGHTS EXCEPTED FROM POWERS OF GOVERNMENT; TO FOREVER REMAIN INVIOLATE. "To guard against transgressions of the high powers herein delegated, we declare that everything in this "Bill of Rights" is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate, and all laws contrary thereto, or to the following provisions, shall be void.

They don't have any authority to "discourage" anything legal. If they think they can outlaw it, fine, they can try, but till then, they need to FO. Their personal opinion of the current state of the law is no more important nor binding that that of some homeless guy picked up off the street. Less in fact, because they destroy more tax dollars than he does.
