It actually does not lower weight or cholesterol, but if you want to believe in the tooth Fairy go ahead. Do some counter research before you slam healthy eaters.
Not sure why you have to go militant due to your choices. Some of us don’t buy into the liberal agenda driven studies like veganism.

Long term veganism does not seem to work out....going by the people I have met i worked for a brilliant director who was vegan... he was often sick... colds, flu... he looked feeble... like a gust of wind could easily carry him away... i loved working for that guy... excellent leadership skills...
