How would Jessica’s law have stopped such an evil person? Should he have been placed on an RSO list before he was convicted of any crime?
Just saying how Colorado doesnt have any strict laws for child molesters..that is how these monsters are able to get away with one despicable act after another before they do something as evil as this..I’m all for the one strike policy, hurt a child, get put away for life
