Good evening, Connie. Sorry I’m late. My Mom’s printer won’t print.
I’ve changed both the color and black printer cartridges and they won’t align. So many “Why” questions that I can’t answer. Having her reboot right now and maybe that will make the gremlins get back in line.
If that doesn’t work I will try unplugging the whole thing and reinstall it in the morning. “But why?” I DON’T know.

Always start with a reboot right? Learned that one...:)
