They are trying to redefine the word Amnesty so they can cave and let the terroristas stay.

But it’s staying that IS the amnesty. The original crime was barging the border. Deportation should be the result; under federal law, it’s not even a penalty. It’s a courtesy: you sign a document that says you accept the deportation in lieu of being prosecuted. Otherwise, FIRST you get prosecuted, THEN you get deported.

There is no right to occupy the sovereign territory of the United States. It’s the property of the citizenry. Staying without leave is criminal trespass. If such a right existed, it would mean that Invasion was a civil right.

It’s not.

And unlike what Young Mr. Walker is regurgitating about “our broken immigration system”, there’s nothing wrong with it other then the fact that it’s far too liberal, and the 1965 Act should be repealed.

If you don’t favor that, then you’re saying you’re on the side of Ted Kennedy and Norbert Schlei. If I have to explain why that’s a bad thing to you, then there’s no point you calling yourself a “conservative” on this forum.

We got guys like Cruz, Lee, Tancredo, De Mint, Sessions, Steve King, and a few more. The guy with the Spanish name is more nationalist then 99% of the Democrat-Socialist party. So we don’t need any word parsers.

Mr. Walker, if he had core convictions about laws and the American nationality, could have simply said “illegal immigration? It’s illegal, right?” (credit: Sonny Bono) and left it at that. Instead he decided to parrot the RINO line.
