When she and Jim were going through the downfall of PTL - the homosexuals were the only ones who opened their homes and heart to her. She felt a special place in her heart for their standing by her during her time of trial. What did the Christians do? They shunned her and turned to gossip. How awful for the Christian community who claim to love God - to turn their backs when she needed them the most.
