The bombshell is that the government is allowing the insurance companies to “estimate” what they are owed, and then the administration will cut them a check. If there is a dispute, it will be trued up later.

Sort of an honor system.

Trust the insurance companies and the government to do the right thing with the taxpayer’s money.

I’m sure that will work out well.

anything this admin (or really any big government) does is bogus from the get go… this admin seems to take pride in being the world’s biggest screw ups

Does the insured have to pay extra if the subsidy to high or get a refund if to low…it means the insurer has to contact the enrollee and get payment..this is insane…we could have just given the uninsured a voucher and said go buy insurance..
