Easy! He forced health insurance companies to get rid of the pre-existing condition clause. So young people can put off getting insurance until they're sick, then go buy insurance. It's like being able to buy car insurance right after you've wrecked your car in an accident.

The man's such a genius, his head overheats!

That was another lie.

Just because the law says they can stay on their parents plans, the plans didn't have to permit such action without charging for it. Obama knew that.

Even then, Obamacare apparently has a clause for making up by reimbursement for certain aggregate losses of the insurance companies due to Obamacare.
