I was trying to figure that out, as well. Two interpretations: 1. shotguns with shell carriers mounted on receiver or butt stock 2. journalist ignorantly talking out his butt. My money's on 2.
There are ‘devices’ which hold two or more magazines together while attached to the gun. Ruger 1022’s have a three ten round mag device, and there are numerous devices available to band two or more AR/M4 style mags together. But given the ignorance level of the media drones who are tasked with writing such foolishness, it is anybody’s guess what is meant.

Not only that, but when was the last gun of any type that used a charging clip manufactured, WWII? What is the problem with the media that they can not get the simplest terminology correct.

Not multi-clip gun ... multi-clip gun owner. If you have a gun, and you also have more than one clip that can be used in that gun ... you are a multi-clip gun owner.
Now the proposal makes sense ... all multi-clip gun owners must turn in their guns ...

Limiting a rifle so it can only hold 4 cartridges is a crime in itself. I have two rifles and the one I would use holds a magazine of 15 cartridges - don't touch my PINK rifle. There is no way anyone is taking or changing that rifle. No one is getting the other top line rifle/scope and top line shotgun.
I've had it with freaking liberals trying to destroy our way of life. A pox on all of them and stay away from ALL my defensive weapons of which there are numerous ones, not just those that require cartridges.
We need to elect Greg Abbott as Governor of Texas because he won't let anyone mess with your legally purchased firepower and he has them, too. Perry was strong on our right to have our weapons, and we have to keep that assurance as we elect the next Governor.
England talked about making a law that kitchen knives could not be taken outside and if we let liberals start taking our weapons, your pocket knife is not far down their list. I've decided to buy a big Swiss Army knife and mail it to my son in England and in that same box, include a smaller Swiss Army knife for my grandson. Let's see if they can keep them.
