Oh yeah, it’s not that this law is a complete and unmitigated disaster on the substance — it’s because those republicans are undermining it. Classic media.
If it’s bad law that’s the side on want to be on. Voters get it, but we have to stay on target. Sadly, a lot of the people abandoning Democratcare are doing so because it didn’t give them more free.
I am using free as a noun in the above sentence and not as an adjective. Free gas, free housing, free food, free transportation, etc. are all encompassed in the pejorative noun “free”. Free - (noun) [modern American slang] meaning: something I didn’t earn, but government will get for me.
Free isn’t free.
