You also listed having a generator. Males always post have a generator. :o) You will run out of fuel plus generators make noise so people know you have “stuff”.

I saw a solar generator at Costco this week. $1300. Don't have any other info on it, but will be asking hubby what he thinks.

I haven't seen you post in a while and wondered how you are. I thought maybe you were living in the mountain house and not plugged into internet. Have you moved to a different state yet?

The solar generator you are speaking of has to be a much bigger deal than my setup is. Mine is 20 watts and it will charge four AA batteries in about an hour I think it is. Mine charges all batteries, even 9 volt ones. A solar generator, however, must be really large and there must be a large battery to store that energy and connect to that battery to run larger equipment like a refrigerator or a room air conditioner. That would be great to have.
