People who want “someone” to “do something” to exert pressure on one’s adversaries, (while stamping one’s feet) are generally children, asking Mommy to punish the older sister/brother for the crime of being older.
People who use their so-called victim status to force others to give in to them can be called children.
Until the past few decades becoming an adult was desirable. No longer. The weak have discovered how comfortable it is to remain dependent on others, and have others to fight their battles for them..
