Yes on Howie Carr’s show yesterday they mentioned Kim Jung Un and the elimination of his uncle, who now would be purged from photos much like what happened in these pics with Stalin...these days that would be called photoshop.

There is a book on the subject, with examples from Russia, Nazi Germany, Cuba, China, and North Vietnam.

If I recall, there is a knockoff book that essentially has the same photos, minus those from Cuba and North Vietnam. Perhaps that version was intended for an "international" (English) audience that doesn't have a problem with Cuba or North Vietnamese Communists.
