The shooter was dissed. Hubby tried to resist, and that can't be tolerated.

If caught, 5 years in jail, max. Aspiring rapper, turning his life around, etc.

He didn’t resist. They just shot him in the head.

There have been several reported carjackings at the chic mall in the past few years, according to the Star-Ledger.

“Ian Taylor, a junior and president of the Black Men’s Forum, said many of their members have expressed concern over how other students treat them.”

Get back to me dude when ‘other students’ start knocking you out for no reason or murdering you for your possessions!

I doubt that a patent attorney is going to tickle any hot buttons with the ghetto crowd.

I remember those two stores, but it’s so long ago, I just don’t remember shopping in them. My parents did a lot of shopping there, in many of the stores during their years in the area. Mom was an RN at Morristown Mem Hosp, and Dad was at Allied Chem’s world HQ. After a few hours in a mall, all the big stores look the same to me.

Lived in Monmouth County during the 70’s. The map is pretty accurate even for back then - although Marlboro, Manalapan, Holmdel, and so on, hadn't been turned into McMansions yet.

And as long as "Whitey" is a willing participant, why not?

And it will continue until "Whitey" the pleasure they will get is not worth the pain the pain that will be inflicted on them.

Millburn is the town some months ago when the AA home invader burst in and beat the mother in front of her child, all caught on a nanny cam.

”Actually, NJ is a carry state - - but just try to get a permit. Fuhgeddaboutit. ”

New Jersey is shown on many of the concealed carry websites as a “may issue” state, but in fact it does NOT issue carry permits to ordinary citizens. You must have a verifiable threat, which I guess means an appointment with an attacker who has sent you a certified letter to this effect, and you better have this before the minimum 60 days for the permit to be processed.

NJ just pretends to issue by having a “procedure” to issue permits, but in fact in practice, they don’t. They have already decided that you don’t need a permit, and you won’t get one.

Stolen-car ring terrorizing tri-state eyed in lawyer’s carjacking murder

The thugs who shot and killed a young lawyer in front of his horrified wife during an apparent carjacking outside an upscale New Jersey mall may be part of a stolen-car ring that’s been targeting the tri-state area in recent months, law-enforcement sources told The Post on Monday.

Dustin Friedland, 30, of Hoboken offered no resistance when the pair of thugs confronted him about 9:10 p.m. Sunday outside his luxury Range Rover on the third level of a parking garage at The Mall at Short Hills in Millburn, sources said.

“It was violent. The victim did not struggle. The perp just shot him in the head,” a source said. “The perps may be part of a stolen car ring that’s been hitting the tri-state the last few months.”

The perps did not specifically target Friedland but were after his silver 2012 Range Rover, worth about $65,000, the source said.

“[It is] believed to be a random attack. No clue as to who they were,” the source said.

One of the perps squeezed off several shots, one of which struck the young lawyer in the head, said acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray.

The crooks then jumped into the SUV and fled, followed by a speeding green Subaru that authorities said may have been the vehicle the brought the robbers there.

“It was at least two gunshots. People started ducking and panicking,” Rick Ramos, who works at the mall’s California Pizza Kitchen, told The Post.

It is a shame that people who have nice stuff have to worry about being killed because of it.

Obama is bringing us in line with the world standard, in that regard.

Those who aren't familiar with New Jersey may not be aware of this, but the 10-mile distance between the mall and Newark isn't of any consequence. The two locations are connected by a major limited-access highway, which makes the mall a target of opportunity for any mutants who can make their way out there from Newark.

Yea but there's still the $12.00 in tolls per way.

Does NJ have any reciprocity? My brother lives in NJ and carries CW, say’s it’s reciprocity with North Carolina where he has a 2nd home.

And a horrible choice of automobile.

In what sense drawing unwanted attention? The Range Rover we own is a 2006 with 96,000 plus miles on the odometer. Before our Range Rover we had a Land Rover. Both excellent vehicles in our experience. Besides, if they're good enough for James Bond they work for me ...

You should see it today. Its not the same. I think the big change was from early 90’s until 2005.
