in part by steering potential gunmen toward mental health professionals. So... you tell a person to seek help... and you claim to have prevented that person from going postal?
Then you further claim that you prevented a mass shooting?
What was that movie with the miniature actor who could stop crimes before they were committed... now Holder and his pals has that capability?

It seems he's talking about potential shootings, by people of questionable mental health. Did they just ride up on a white horse and say "You're not mentally fit to own your gun. Here's the number for a good psychiatrist"? There, another shooting prevented.
