I wouldn’t be surprised if intoxication checkpoints are in all 50 states.

Per the Governors Highway Safety Association, 12 states don't allow sobriety checkpoints:

AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, IA, MN, WI, MI, TX and RI.
