Honestly, I think in 20 years, meats and produce will be irradiated, milk too.
The upcoming tech generations have a lot less fear of the word radiation than their parents and grandparents, because they don’t remember the cold war.
Great idea for milk. Wouldn’t have to pasteurize it.
When I worked in the meat business 20 years ago we were saying the same thing. Unfortunately people die every day due to Ludditism.
