Calif. Supreme Court Rules Law School Data On Race, Attendance, Grades Should Be Available To Public

The California Supreme Court ruled Thursday that law school data on race, attendance and grades should be available to the public.

The unanimous decision represents a legal victory for UCLA professor Richard Sander, who was seeking to test his theory that minority students are actually hurt by preferential admissions policies.

Does it include Occidental?I believe Obongo was seen there on at least one occasion?In the meantime,classmate Wayne Allen Root(classmate at Columbia)has NO recollection of EVER seeing Obongo attend class!

I would love records if it was by name, race, institution and date, but it will probably be raw numbers!! Which will then necessitate another court fight!! Gotta remember who we’re fighting here!!!
