It's time for that to end.
I'm sick that my monthly cable bill underwrites hundreds of marginal liberal elite cable channels.
I don't want A&E in the line up I'm forced to pay for... I'm tired of paying for gay, black, and violent channels when there's NOT ONE conservative entertainment channel.
Keep in mind that A&E is paid for their feed, by the cable/direct service’s “total viewers”; they do not get revenue by viewer on individual episodes. Not watching A&E will not impact them.
Getting rid of any provider that carries A&E will impact them but only at about $0.25 (25-cents) a household. Arbitron/Neilsen ratings impact their advert revenue...and only then, into the future (next seasons ad-rates.
It would serve conservatives best to let the A&E advertisers know that you we will not be watching A&E and correspondingly, the companies advertisements, will it raise someone interest.
Adverts come from both the national side and a local “service provider” side (specific to Dish Network, U-Verse, Cox Cable, etc.) sales.
Add them to the list of corporations who have had to learn this lesson from their own accounting departments in the first quarter following their passionate embrace of deviant sex: Proctologist & Gamble, JC Penney, Target, Ford Motors, Miller Beer, the list goes on. The two percent and their liberal-guilt running mates don't and can't meet the quarterly earnings objectives. "Vile" bourgeois heterosexuals do.
Withdrawal from cable/satellite TV is much, much, much easier than giving up smoking. Takes a couple of weeks then you don’t really miss the few shows (and many commercials) you were paying lots of money to watch. Wish all FReepers would wise up.

Even liberals aren’t stupid enough to not already know that the church and/or Christians generally consider all sexual activity outside marriage to be a sin. They weren’t shocked by what Phils aid.
This is simply the left jumping on an opportunity they think they can use to get one of the most popular Christian celebrities in the country silenced and blacklisted. Christianity is the enemy of the left, who are essentially communists. They hate Christians and will hurt them when they can. They are also terrified Christianity will become more popular again and catch on due to someone who makes it “cool” again.
What’s happened to Phil is as serious an issue as it gets. It is a direct attack by the commie left against everyone who holds traditional, Christian American values. It is way, way bigger than one man.

Seriously though, I find enough to watch on Amazon prime, Hulu and Netflix but I will not willingly let my money go to A&E and will not sit through another commercial that benefits A&E.
