Not every decision needs to follow the will of the people. We are not a mob-rule democracy.
Loving was properly decided. Prohibiting marriage between the races is as ludicrous as it is abhorrent to personal liberty. The problem is trying to draw an analogy with Loving in situations where none may be found.
