How many?
Obviously, defiance of the rule of law is deplorable. But, do you have any basis for the claim that "many" persons who were lynched were innocent?
You just wait when some of the four will as a result of plea bargaining be convicted of something like ‘involuntary vehicular homicide’ or of ‘jaywalking’. That is the picture of your “rule of law” today. No humour.
LBJ’s Great Society, White Guilt over all the innocent victims of lynching (100%) and Compassionate Conservatism got us to where we are today, terrorized in our cities not by Islamists but by domestic coddled feral savages.
