As used in a sentence - “LaSonia Washington is an honor student at Trayvon Martin High School.”
“Racist my ass.”
Yeah, I am surprised that the PC crowd is allowing those capos at Time-Life to run the infomercials for the Dean Martin Roasts. Some of the stuff those comedians said back then ( that are now being rebroadcast ) are clearly “racist.”
But really funny nonetheless.
Did he apologize to the Owners and Customers that frequent Italian Restaurants?
Damarcus? The markers? Fritalaé? Fritolay? Chaleese? Cheese? Wooleen? Woolen?
He even found his “special purpose”.
There was nothing “racist” about the fact that in an ethnic neighborhood context the phonetic sound of “losania” might mean an item of food, or it might mean someone’s name, and neither with the exact spelling of “losania” but with some speelling that is phonetically similar.
“Apologies” are a dime a dozen these days. They don’t mean anything. Everybody is “apologizing” for everything.
“Huh? My story? Okay. It was never easy for me. I was born a poor black child. I remember the days, sittin’ on the porch with my family, singin’ and dancin’ down in Mississippi.”
Hey, Black people eat Italian food.
Just as White folks eat fried chicken and watermelon.
Just as White folks eat fried chicken and watermelon.
Yep, I love fried chicken and watermelon, and my wife is of African descent too.
Then again, we love sushi too.

Spelling is racist.
Grammar be racist.
As a side note, Steve Martin recently recorded a blue grass CD with Edie Brickell. An unlikely duo but it is worth a listen.
Dana's been a liberal for a long time (he supported the original Cesar Chavez grape boycott) and he long ago swore off doing the character, perhaps even before it became politically incorrect to the general audience.
The thing is, at one time that character was actually the mascot of NASA.
I didn’t know he was still alive ... :-) ...
> When one of the 68-year-old’s followers when one asked him “Is this how you spell lasonia?” Martin then replied with this racially charged joke: “It depends. Are you in an African-American neighborhood or at an Italian restaurant?”
Huh? Thanks SoFloFreeper.
Blacks have become hooked on being victims.
Before you reject that idea, think of the advantages... A victim can receive without having to reciprocate. A victim is 'entitled' based on nothing they have to do.
The only requirement is an historical connection to people who were treated badly. And a willingness to milk guilt for all it'll get ya.
It's time for everyone to say NO to this manipulation. The race card's finished. We're tired of it being presented to the rest of us as if it's has worth. It doesn't. If blacks want respect they can just damn well earn it... like everyone else.
