I’ve only seen “liberal debating tactics” used when discussing the veracity and authority of biblical text.

Surely you don't mean every conservative on FR is prone to profanity?
And surely you don't mean every poster on FR is a Conservative?
Some, many, too many, a bunch, a lot, etc. are very fine words to use in such instances, don't you think?
