The PAC's have made Carr second tier, looks like. What I hear is that he has to demonstrate he can raise $$$ on his own. There may also be a perception that he is lacking experience. While I do not agree with the criteria, that may be their thinking.

Joe's ground game will launch on Jan 25. He claims 1000 volunteers (I am one). Will be interesting how that affects things.
