That would be someone’s opinion, and we know what that is worth. Frankly, I don’t think that can be nailed down, no pun intended.
This thread is just grazing the sexuality of man, and I’m certainly not an expert, but clearly a majority of mankind are wired heterosexual in order for the commandment to multiply and replenish the earth to be fulfilled. How that wiring is accomplished I don’t think anyone knows.
Clearly there are also those who are wired differently, and how that is accomplished is equally the mystery. We have labels and laws for normal and abynormal behavior but the whys remain a mystery, and one might ask who cares why. There are no excuses except in “this world” and most can understand why we have become a society of excuses for the frailty of man. Those with a conscience can understand, those without one desire to be allowed to escape from reality retribution, responsibility, recourse, jail, etc.
The closer we get to the real end of time, the more this stuff will be prevalent. That is no mystery either, so I guess my question would be what is the point trying to be made here.
My understanding is that pedophilia is sex with a prepubescent child.
Since puberty can vary by age, I'm not sure how it is defined in law.
