I would say then, Alex that under age 18 would be an appropriate age for the victim; however, as you know the perp doesn’t carry a guide. Many victims are as young as one-year old!

The victim needs to be under 18 with more then a 3 year difference in their ages is the strictest standard I am aware of.
Now if we are talking dictionary the victim needs to be prepubescent and the perpetrator post pubescent.
