The alleged perpetrator said he used methamphetamine before his afternoon of holiday fun. This suspect was not some homeless person. He had been a wrestler at Oregon State before going on to get an MBA at Portland State. He holds licenses as a financial adviser. But has held no job since 2012 in this robust Obama economy.

Andrew Frey’s terrible, awful, no good day demonstrates what it looks like when taking dope makes you act like a dope. It took 15 cops to settle his action down? I’m guessing this guy was already known by some of the cops, so they did not feel truly threatened. We all know what happens these days if a cop does feels threatened, by anything, a man, a dog, an African parrot. Bang! Bang! goes the gun!
