After thinking about this for a day or so, I have to remember Sotomayor votes the way she’s told to vote. This may simply be a way for obama to grant another waiver without having to grant another waiver.
Even a broken clock is correct twice a day. Our awesome God works His wonders for man to behold. And, He works them using whomever He pleases. Mind boggling isn’t it?
Sotomayor has surprised me a few times now by joining with Scalia in some decisions. Unlike Kagan, she may not be a slave to her political ideology. We’ll see...
