Not sure I agree with your numbers for non-Hispanic white voters in Colorado.

Colorado 2012.....

Obama: 51.5%

Romney: 46.1%

I can't find a specific exit poll for Colorado, but.....

Non-white voters (nationally) voted 80% for Obama.

In Colorado, about 25% of eligible voters are non-white.

I'll estimate that non-Hispanic white voters gave Romney a majority vote of at least 52%-48%.

Colorado non-Hispanic whites 2012.....

Obama: 44%

Sorry, not too clear. I was referencing the black market of “dealers” helping people get their stuff over the border and not the licensed ones.
