No one. Americans have a right to bear arms. Period. 68.21% (1,854 votes)

Only for sales by licensed dealers, as proposed in I-591 20.38% (554 votes)

All gun sales, as proposed in I-594 11.41% (310 votes)

I kinda doubt either one, even if they made it to the ballot and passed, would pass Washington state Constitutional muster.

There is a long string of court decisions here about private rights, and not being disturbed in ones affairs.

Even though we (that is most of us) agree that we have the right to keep and bare arms, many of our so-called “representative” seem to believe otherwise.

Perhaps we need to share our beliefs come next election and rid ourselves of these “non-believers”.
