Now, if someone could just convince my wife of this FACT!!!

No sarcasm necessary...Just accolades and other forms of appreciation will suffice...

I’m going to hell for this aren’t I...[snicker]

“Men’s success in fields such as medicine,”

Men’s??? It was Marie Curie who discovered the X ray. This woman is so completely stupid.

In situations like this, I like to apply what I call the “Other Foot” test; to wit—Would the assertion as made, if applied to some other group, be tolerated.

Invariably the answer is a resounding “No.”

Not surprising, but it does provide perspective.

I've always found it amazing that men are given no credit for the fact that men voted to give women full social and legal equality.

If men had been united in a determination to "keep women down," guess what?

Western women would be living in world similar to that of their modern sisters in most Muslim countries.

From water and sewer systems, insulated homes with heating, to refrigeration, mechanized agriculture, food distribution, hot water, and medical devices, engineers have done more to extend life and improve human health than doctors.

How come it takes a woman to state the obvious??? The author is a woman.

Men should be saying it too. Where are the female inventors and engineers that have anything to do with the refrigerator and washing machines in today’s home. A woman of 100 years ago would be overjoyed to be freed from drudgery by the labor saving machines men have invented and manufactured for the house. Few modern women can connect the dots on this which takes a tiny bit of common sense. It is pathetic.

Even if we women come up with the ideas for nifty inventions, it’s always our brothers who bring the ideas into physical reality.

Women’s Lib ruined public schools for boys. Boys now have to act feminine in classrooms, or they are put on mind-numbing medications.

They have certainly contributed to a contingent of democrats in our government that is FAR larger than it should be...thus negating all other inventions ...except the cattle chute. We may all get to experience that little experience one of these days. Just kiddin. I hope

Stephanie Kwolek - Research chemist at DuPont.

One of the first women research chemists, she first gained national recognition in 1960 for her work with long molecule chains at low temperatures. In 1971, Kwolek’s further analysis culminated in an important discovery of a liquid crystalline polymer solution. Its exceptional strength and stiffness led to the invention of Kevlar®, a synthetic material that is five times as strong as steel.

Most fires extinguished which took a life...

Most mines which provided ores for liberal women to live in their city condo high rises...and lives were lost in those mines or smelting plants...

Railway deaths when installing track...including Chinese and black slaves...

I could go on, but the men who did these things lost some of their lives...

Yes, women have died in childbirth...

However, men have done most of the dangerous jobs and paid the full price way more than women.

When calculating pay differential, the liberal “statistics crunchers” always leave this fact out.
