Actually, such debauchery is frequent among the males. It's very common, and they have a term for it. In English, it is "Tea Boy". It is so prevalent in their society, no wonder the men are all angry. Most had their childhood stolen from them. Add in a religion promising salvation by martyrdom: it becomes easier to understand how it spreads.

With that said, I have not heard of a similar incident involving girls. But I do know there is a push among the Taliban and Haqqanis to recruit younger suicide bombers. I got back from AFG a week ago.
