Each class should create a roster of white kids, and beat the living crap out of one of them every day. When the crackers have received their just punishment expel them, but only after they’ve run a gauntlet of happy, gentle, studious black kids. Schools that don’t have enough evil white kids can use Jews and orientals, or trouble making kids from India. `Beat them all until the black kids jump for joy.
This has been going on unofficially, for decades.
It all started with the “zero tolerance” policies for fighting or violence. In the old days, the instigator would be punished and the passive participant who defended himself would get a quick lecture and be sent back to class.
Now, they won’t objectively punish the person who initiated the fisticuffs. Even the defender is equally punished.
This was an end run on the “unequal” statistics showing minorities to be more violent.
