IRS writing regs that allow it to suppress the tea party
DC Independent Examiner ^ | January 12, 2014 | James Simpson

The IRS got caught with their pants down last year. So now they are writing regulations that will allow them to do legally what they were doing illegally before. Every time you think these people can sink no lower, they go out of their way to prove you wrong. A cabal of leftist groups sued the IRS demanding they adopt these regulations, whereupon the IRS went out of its way to comply. This is a classic set up. It was probably agreed to in advance between the IRS and the plaintiffs. Now that they are complying, the leftists have magically dropped their suit!

Here is how to fight back. The following was written by Cleta Mitchell, one of the best attorneys in this field. Read it, follow the instructions and pass them around. The following is reprinted verbatim with permission:

The IRS should be reminded that only congress can make federal law - and the law (or at any rate the judicial branch's interpretation thereof) is what determines what is legal and what is illegal, not some unelected bureaucrats' "regulations".

THE SUMMER OF 2014:
______________________
______________________

Today is the last watershed day for America, because it is the last chance for the US Supreme Court to exercise a Constitutional Check and Balance on the current rogue, tyrannical and oppressive Federal Administration.

Chief Justice John “Traitor” Roberts will probably again refuse to abide with the clear Constitutional Law, and again rewrite the US Constitution to his own liking, in similar manner to what Roberts did with the Constitutionality of the Obamacare Case when he un-Constutionally converted a legal fine into an illegal tax.

Today the US Supreme Court takes up the issue of whether or not an Administration can act without Congressional Approval on matters relating to personnel appointments.

The topic of bypassing the House on approving the spending of taxpayer’s dollars by the Administration will not be considered today, except tangentially, as the appointed personnel will be paid with taxpayer dollars, which would be a bypassing of the Constitutional Control of the Purse by the US House of Representatives.

We taxpayers view this as a clear cut case where we have “Taxation Without Representation” because our Representatives have not been part of the decision-making process.

Examples of a few Imperial matters of record include the following:
* Senator Reid’s Democrats recent voting to turn the US Congress into the US Parliament,
* Boehner’s refusal to appoint House Special Prosecutors for each of the Five Obama Administration Scandals,
* Obama’s four years of Imperial actions, and
* the recent history, ( Traitor Roberts’ Obamacare decision), of the US Supreme Court’s proven reluctance to provide their Constitutional duty of a Check and Balance on the other two Branches of the US Federal Government.

With the usual US Supreme Court private straw vote today that always follows the 30 minute Official Hearing before the Court, America’s future fate will be sealed, and later proclaimed between now and the Summer of 2014.

Either way that the NINE SUPREMES rule on this case, “The Summer of 2014” will prove to be the Summer that decided whether or not our Founding Fathers fought King George the Third of England in vain - - - .

With the current DOJ the law is non existent. It is only what the Dictator says it is.

And why, exactly should I do this when conservatives (including a vast majority here on this forum!) and liberals both demanded that some US Citizens should loose their constitutional rights based simply on where those citizens choose to live?

You demanded that the IRS / Treasury / DoJ be given the power to violate some peoples rights and complain when YOURS are then violated? Cry me a frickin’ river ....

I suspect that comments to the IRS not supporting the new regulations will not have any effect on the IRS other than get the commenter on a future enemies list. It is going to take massive civil and state resistance to have any chance to shake the Marxists’ hands from America’s throat.

Make emotional speeches about it so you’ll vote for the business as usual politicians and fake conservatives that 95 percent of them are.

That’s a tall order to write regs that would suppress Tea Party organizations but not touch Obama’s 501(c)(4).

“The IRS should be reminded that only congress can make federal law -”

In 1992 a companies I was trying to get work from told me that they IRS has seized their bank accounts and forced them to sign a contract that they would only hire regular employees and not contract work out. It was illegal but they had to comply as they would have gone out of business otherwise. I was later told they were doing that to a certain size company that was wealthy enough, but not so rich they could fight it. m

Well now! Now that an agency can write it’s own regulations, let me give them some GREAT new ones!

Justice Department: “Any exhibition of a Tea Party attitude by any citizen is treason and is punishable by death, without trial.”

EPA: “All businesses must pay the EPA 200% of all yearly profits as a Environmental Fee. Failure is treason and is punishable by death, without trial.”

IRS: “Any citizen who owns any real property whatsoever must immediately turn it over to the IRS. Failure to comply is treason and is punishable by death, without trial.”

Eric Holder: “Being caucasian is racist, and is treason, and is punishable by death, without trial.”

NEAT! Here’s the Enabling Act they were looking for!
