So, the "stuck" ship is in port in New Zealand but the Ship of Fools dudes who demanded to be rescued are still in Antarctica expanding their carbon footprint?
This is just too delicious.

Some may enjoy the audio clip of the radio interview out of Canberra with Australian Antarctic Division head Tony Fleming, at the bottom of the source page article. It lasts about 12 minutes. Fleming wanted to correct the eco-nuts' statements which had claimed his support for their 'science' agenda. Fleming was fine, but the amazing thing was listening to the female REPORTER. She asked good questions and good followups. It had been so long since I'd heard actually a real reporter interview someone I'd nearly forgotten how it went. She was nearly as forgiving and accepting of the fools as our press was of bridgegate. Fleming answered some questions and probably was wise to dodge others until after the eco-nuts have returned and have answered some questions officially. Then decide how many crocks to feed to the crocs.

I hope the Chinese, Russians and other rescuers stick him and his organization with a big fat bill.
