The al queda demanded the exchange in Benghazi ( not Tripoli) ON SEPTEMBER 11th!! You cannot make this up!! Hillary ordered ambassador Stevens and a 2-3 man guard of seal contractors to Benghazi on a C130 with 4-6 hundred million in printed money with orders to exchange for the “stingers”. She dispatched 31 CIA weapons experts to help move the weapons back into US control. This crap about sending stingers to the Syrian al quaeda is a red herring. .
